The Mind for progress

Some years back,i had frequented the streets of Nairobi, coming from Lusaka, the first thing to catch my eye was the speed at which people walked in the streets of the city. They all seemed liked they where running towards something big.

It dawned on me that people with a plan are always motivated to go after their goals with a passion to the extent that they wouldnt want to waste time by walking slow in the streets. The question remains however that, does this mean people in Lusaka dont have plans to motivate them into walking fast in pursuit of their goals? An interesting question for us all to ponder.

I then had the opportunity to visit and mingle in a European set up and what come out was the way each one was 100% for their work, putting all in them to achieve the work targets planned during working hours....they partied with similar enthusiasm after work....Schoen feier abend!!! It was common place to even make an appointment a month or two in advance just to meet someone over the weekend.

In West africa, the most striking is the passion and the fighting zeal with which they go after their goals!!!

The outstanding point in all scenarios is goal seeking and to go after ones goals, one must first have a goal.Lets all start planning and see where it takes us.
